I like to try and make the most out of seasonal fruits. So it’s cherries again… :). It does not have any artificial flavors, lemon acts as natural preservative, so absolutely safe for kids 🙂
Cook for 5-10 minutes on high flame, when sugar dissolves, lower the flame
Cook for almost 40-45 minutes or till jam is prepared , stir occasionally,
how to determine if the jam is cooked: put a spoon in the freezer for 5 minutes, take it out and put a drop of jam. If you are able to make a clear line cutting across the jam , jam is ready
Store in clean, dry bottles. Makes almost 4 bottles.
