Home Made Lamb Burger with Basil and Red Wine Sauce
A Juicy Lamb Burger Made at home. The creamy basil sauce and Red wine sauce coupled with Home made minced meat patty makes it a perfect meal.

Ingredients
Minced Lamb Patty
  • 500grams lambmeant minced
  • 1/2cup onionschopped
  • 1tablespoon basilchopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 1tablespoon papayagrated raw
  • 1/2teaspoon gingerpaste
  • 1teaspoon garlicpaste
  • To taste salt
  • 5 – 6tablespoons oil for frying

Red Wine Sauce
Instructions
  1. Marinate minced meat along with raw papaya , ginger and garlic paste for 3-4 hours. If marinating over night put it in the fridge
  2. Mix all the ingredients and divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape into a patty
  3. Patties can be cooked on a flat non stick pan or can be grilled in an air fryer. If cooking on a pan , spray a little oil and place the patty only once the pan is hot. After 5 minutes check the patty and turn it upside down. In an airfryer spray the oil on the patty and grill or barbeque the patty
  4. In a grinder make a paste of basil, garlic, salt, sugar and curd. whip the cream and add to the basil paste.
  5. Boil wine and sugar for 10 minutes till the mixture is thick almost half of the original quantity
  6. Slice the onions and tomatoes
  7. Cut the Burger bun horizontally and add a little butter on all the sides and toast it on a hot pan from all the four sides
  8. Put the bottom half of the burger on a plate. Put a slice of cheese, green lettuce on it. Now place the meat patty, onion and tomato rings. Spread basil sauces, 5-6 drops of red wine sauce and then add iceberg lettuce. Cover it with other half of the bun.
  9. Serve it with French fries.
