Ingredients
  • 1 Beetrootfinely chopped
  • 3 Tomato
  • 1Teaspoon GarlicFinely chopped
  • 3 Shallotsfinely chopped
  • 4Cups Chiken Beef Stock/ Veg /
  • 1Teaspoon Herbs of choice
  • 2Tablespoons Olive oil
  • PepperFreshly Crushed
Instructions
  1. In a pant heat oil. Sate Garlic and onion
  2. Add finely chopped beetroot, tomato and put 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the time beetroot is cooked.
  3. Let it cool and grind it in mixer ( if you want you can strain it through sieve)
  4. Add stock and boil. Add herbs and Salt.
  5. Add crushed pepper before serving.Can be served hot or cold as per preference.
