Beetroot
finely chopped

Tomato

Garlic
Finely chopped

Shallots
finely chopped

Chiken Beef Stock
/ Veg /

Herbs of choice

Olive oil
Pepper
Freshly Crushed
Instructions
In a pant heat oil. Sate Garlic and onion
Add finely chopped beetroot, tomato and put 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the time beetroot is cooked.
Let it cool and grind it in mixer ( if you want you can strain it through sieve)
Add stock and boil. Add herbs and Salt.
Add crushed pepper before serving.Can be served hot or cold as per preference.
