Instructions
Clean Chicken. ( I use neck piece and wings from the chicken used for curry )
Presurre cook chicken in water with garlic, peppercorn, clove and salt
After couple of whistle , switch off gas
once cool take out chicken and shred it
Add chicken to the stock and boil
Add spring onions and any other herb ( optional) for flavoring and boil for 1 or two minutes
Add crushed pepper before serving
