A simple and light salad dressing for summers. It is very mild and rosemary gives a nice flavour to the salad. My nutritionist told me once that at least 40% of the plate should be Raw veggies. Cucumber and Tomato are part of my regular diet. For me visual appeal of the food is very important and so is variety. So, I try and make a variation of regular salad with a heathy and tasty dressings.
