Ingredients
500
Grams
Maida Plain Flour
–
1.5 Teaspoon
Baking Powder
2
Teaspoons
Sugar
2
Tablespoons
Sooji
1
cup
Curd
water
for kneading
Oil for frying
Instructions
Sift maida and Baking powder.
Mix Sooji, Sugar
Mix curd.
Add water to make soft dough
Keep it in warm place for 5-6 hours or overnight ( cover it with blanket if temp is low)
Before frying punch it down and knead for a minute. Make small balls ,roll and fry.Note traditionally Bhaturas are not rolled but hand tossed.
