  1. In hot milk mix the cheese well. add steamed corn, grated carrot, salt, pepper & oregano.
  2. Toast the bread slices in the toaster lightly
  3. put the mixture on the toasted bread and put in the convection oven for 3 minutes 200 degrees centigrade.( cheese has salt, therefore add very little salt, i did not )
