Ingredients
Chocolate Chia Pudding
Coconut Milk & Chia Pudding
Garnishing
Instructions
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients for the Chocolate Chia pudding in a bowl, add soya milk and stir. Cover with a lid and put in the fridge for 3-4 hours
  2. Similarly mix chia seeds and coconut milk and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  3. Chia seeds absorbs the liquid and you will get a thick pudding.
  4. Layer it in dessert cups / bowls and garnish with pistachio. Refrigerate again. Serve cold.
