Instructions
Cut the Jalapenos
Put garlic, water, vinegar, salt & sugar and let it boil
Put Jalapenos, and take it off the stove
After 15 minutes put the jalapenos in a Jar/ bottle. Add the liquid, after it cools, close the lid.
