Terrine always fascinates me. This is a very light dessert and at the same time is a visual treat too. A perfect end to a romantic meal for two or a celebration with friends

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups White Wine
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 31/2 Teaspoons Geletine
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 10 Strawberries ( halved)
  • 2 Banana ( cut )
  • 1 Cup Black Grapes
  • 1 Cup Green Grapes

  • 2 Cups White Wine
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 31/2 Teaspoons Geletine
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 10 Strawberries ( halved)
  • 2 Banana ( cut )
  • 1 Cup Black Grapes
  • 1 Cup Green Grapes
Instructions
  1. In a bowl put 1/4 cup wine and sprinkle gelatin. Let it stand for a minute or two.
  2. In a pan on low flame mix boil wine and sugar. Keep stirring till sugar is dissolved
  3. Add gelatin and stir . Add remaining wine and lemon juice
  4. In a terrine or a non stick loaf pan pour some mixture. Put layers of fruits
  5. Add remaining mixture and let it set. Put in fridge at least for 5 hours. If done over night , even better
  6. To remove from pan , dip pan for 5 seconds in hot water and invert on a tray.
  7. Note: if your guests will have dessert at different time i would suggest making individual serving in cup cake molds
