Recheado Masala is a mix of spices with Red Chilly being the main ingredient. This is a recipe for Mackerel Fish Fry with Goan Recheado Masala. Can be served as an appetiser or side dish along with Rice and curry.

Instructions
  1. Soak all the ingredients for Recheado Masala in Vinegar for 30 minutes.
  2. Make a fine paste in a mixer grinder.
  3. Wash and clean the fish and dry it well with a kitchen towel.
  4. Slit the fish horizontally from both the sides of the bone ( to make a pocket) and stuff with Recheado Masala. Let it sit for 2-4 hours and then pan fry it.
  5. If you like squeeze a slice of lemon over it. Serve hot.
