Beetroot Soup
Instructions
- In a pant heat oil. Sate Garlic and onion
- Add finely chopped beetroot, tomato and put 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the time beetroot is cooked.
- Let it cool and grind it in mixer ( if you want you can strain it through sieve)
- Add stock and boil. Add herbs and Salt.
- Add crushed pepper before serving.Can be served hot or cold as per preference.
