
Chicken Soup

    Ingredients
    
                - 200 Grams Chicken
 - 6 Cloves Garlic chopped
 - 8 Peppercorns
 - 4 Cloves
 - To Taste salt
 - 1.5 Litres water
 - 1 Spring Onion chopped

    Instructions
    
                - Clean Chicken. ( I use neck piece and wings from the chicken used for curry )
 - Presurre cook chicken in water with garlic, peppercorn, clove and salt
 - After couple of whistle , switch off gas
 - once cool take out chicken and shred it
 - Add chicken to the stock and boil
 - Add spring onions and any other herb ( optional) for flavoring and boil for 1 or two minutes
 - Add crushed pepper before serving
