Ingredients
- 20 - 25 Red Chilli Dry
- 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic Finely
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic
- 1/4 Teaspoon Soy sauce
- 3 Teaspoons Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon white pepper crushed
- To Taste salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Red Chilli sauce

Instructions
- Remove seeds from chilies and soak them in warm water for an hour and then make paste
- in a pan take oil and saute garlic and then ginger. Add red chili paste and cook well. when the chilies are cooked well and start leaving oil
- Add Soy sauce ,Chili sauce, sugar, pepper, salt. Stir as you keep adding ingredients one by one. Add little water and let it boil to get the right consistency
