Ingredients
  • 20 - 25 Red Chilli Dry
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic Finely
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 3 Teaspoons Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon white pepper crushed
  • To Taste salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Red Chilli sauce

  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Red Chilli sauce
Instructions
  1. Remove seeds from chilies and soak them in warm water for an hour and then make paste
  2. in a pan take oil and saute garlic and then ginger. Add red chili paste and cook well. when the chilies are cooked well and start leaving oil
  3. Add Soy sauce ,Chili sauce, sugar, pepper, salt. Stir as you keep adding ingredients one by one. Add little water and let it boil to get the right consistency
