Instructions
- Heat Oil in a pan. Saute onion and garlic ( 2-3 minutes)
- Add all the vegetable and Stock and let it boil.
- Add Macaroni and beans and let it cook for 10 minutes or till macaroni is cooked
- Add herbs and salt.
- I added 2 spring onions just before serving ( adds color and flavor)
