White Wine Sauce
  • 1 Cup cream
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 2 Tablespoons All purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Herb
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a pan heat oil and saute Onion , then add Garlic and stir for a minute. Add Mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes till dry. Add salt and herbs and let it cool
  2. Make a deep pocket in the chicken breast from one side ensuring not to cut through the other side. Bast with olive oil, herbs and salt from all the sides, and fill with the stuffing
  3. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees and put the chicken on the upper rack for 25 minutes. Once cooked let it cool for 3-4 minutes
  4. For the sauce mix all the ingredients well and cook on slow flame till it starts simmering and thicken
  5. Generously pour sauce on the chicken and serve with mashed potatoes and veggies. ( And you know what to do with the rest of the wine ...)
