Basa / Pangasius bocourti is my fav fish. It is light and can be cooked quickly.
Instructions
- Marinate fish with lemon, salt and garlic salt for an hour
- beat the egg and add oregano and little salt.
- Dip the fish in egg and cook in a pan. 5-7 minutes each side.
- Garnish with crushed pepper
- Serve with salad, veggies and mashed potato

when step two. Add some spring onion chopped very well. add it and then pan fry it. It works a treat. but great recipe!!
