Ingredients
  • 1/2 Kilo Basa
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • To Taste salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Garlic salt Powder /
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Teaspoons oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • To Taste Pepper crushed

Instructions
  1. Marinate fish with lemon, salt and garlic salt for an hour
  2. beat the egg and add oregano and little salt.
  3. Dip the fish in egg and cook in a pan. 5-7 minutes each side.
  4. Garnish with crushed pepper
  5. Serve with salad, veggies and mashed potato

    when step two. Add some spring onion chopped very well. add it and then pan fry it. It works a treat. but great recipe!!
