Instructions
- Add ginger garlic paste and salt to curd.
- Marinate Cleaned chicken in the above for a minimum of an hour
- In a pan heat oil , add all whole spices and add chicken
- Add Coriander and Chilly Powder
- Cover and cook 10 - 15 minutes on slow flam
- Once Chicken is cooked roast chicken till it is dry . Garnish with green chilly and coriander
