  • 500 Grams Chicken - Curry cut
  • 4 Tablespoons Curd
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 2 Tablespoons Coriander Dry powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 4 clove
  • 6 Peppercorns
  • Cinnamon
  • 4 Chillies Red
  • 1 Bayleaf
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • Coriander for Garnishing
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • To Taste salt

  • 500 Grams Chicken - Curry cut
  • 4 Tablespoons Curd
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Paste

  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • To Taste salt
Instructions
  1. Add ginger garlic paste and salt to curd.
  2. Marinate Cleaned chicken in the above for a minimum of an hour
  3. In a pan heat oil , add all whole spices and add chicken
  4. Add Coriander and Chilly Powder
  5. Cover and cook 10 - 15 minutes on slow flam
  6. Once Chicken is cooked roast chicken till it is dry . Garnish with green chilly and coriander
