
I got two boxes of Cherries from my sister , while i love to have fresh cherries , I wanted to use some for baking as well, and therefore Cherry Cobbler..

Ingredients
- 500 Grams Cherries
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Water
- 4 Teaspoons Corn Starch
Topping
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Butter , frozen
- 1 egg
- 1/8 Cup milk

Instructions
- Wash , Clean & Pit Cherries
- Mix all the ingredients of filling in a Flat pan and cook on low flame. Remove from heat when thick ( 5-7 minutes) and let it cool. Put this in a greased baking dish
- Mix Flour, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Baking Powder, Cinnamon & Rub in butter to prepare a crumble
- Beat the egg & mix milk. Add this to flour mixture
- Put the batter on top of filling
- Bake at 210 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
